Analytics

This site may use Plausible Analytics when enabled. That analytics setup is intended to measure high-level site usage and conversion events without storing inquiry-form contents in analytics events. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on the intake form to reduce spam and automated abuse.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the site and process inquiries, including hosting infrastructure, Upstash for shared rate limiting, Resend for inquiry email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot verification. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention

We retain inquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, operate the business, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations.

Your choices

Do not send sensitive personal information through the intake form. If you want us to update or delete inquiry information you have submitted, contact us at hello@ontheblock.studio.
